He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Cotton and Corniela Cotton (Koehn); his son Keith Allen Cotton; his granddaughter Marla Combs; and his brother-in-law Bill Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Dodson; his child Delwin K. Cotton Jr. (Joanna); and his siblings, Dwaine Cotton (Kathy) of Lago Vista, TX, Darrel Cotton (Pat) of Wichita, KS, Dale Cotton (LaVonda) of Independence, KS, Dwight Cotton (Kathy) of Burlington, NC, Darla Rowe of Scranton, KS, Diann Miller (Don) of Harrisonburg, PA and Debby Carter of Emporia, KS.
Friends may register on Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the chapel with the family receiving friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Memorials may be made to Rose Hill Community Baptist Church and may be left with the chapel.
