He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Knisley; his parents, Florance Knisley and Charles Knisley Sr.; his stepmother Pauline Knisley; his siblings, Gary Knisley, Novela Williams (Bobbi), Darlene Riley and Eulene Jackson; his parents-in-law, William "Bill" and Silver Knight; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Knight, Bill Knight, Lester Smith, Anna Mae Peel and Clara Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Mitchell (Tim Mitchell) of Independence, KS, Carol Miller of Ozark, AR, Sharon Stong (Rick Stong) of South Coffeyville, OK and Kenny Knisley (Pam Knisley) of Sand Springs, OK.; his siblings, Becky Tesh (Brent Tesh) of Owasso, OK and Jim Knisley (Sharon Knisley) of Carterville, MO.; and his stepsiblings, Debbie McDonald, Diania Evenson, Marie Sales, Michael O'Connell and Pat O'Connell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews and friends.
