He is survived by: his children, Samantha Garner of Cambridge and Johnny Garner of Cambridge; and his siblings, Gene Garner (Judy) of Burden and Linda Daugherty of Skiatook, OK.
A memorial has been established in Raymond's name for Relay for Life in Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
