He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Hull and Elma M. Hull (Huggins); and his brothers, Ernie Hull, Jr., Gene Hull and Jeff Hull.
He is survived by: his former wife Joy Glick; his wife Katherine D. "Kathy" Kloster; his children, Heather Hull of Plainville and Danny Hull of Grants Pass, OR; his stepchildren, Heather Graves (Steve) of Overland Park, Jon Felt of Wichita and Gerald Scott Sokerka of The Villages, FL; his grandchild Ashley Mewhinney; his stepchildren, Madison O'Dea (Logan) and Emily Graves; his great grandchild Jackson O'Dea; and his siblings, Mark Hull of Cambridge and Marsha Rowe (Chris) of Newkirk, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials have been established in John's name for the Alzheimer's Association and the Cambridge Presbyterian Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
