He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kielhorn and Jeannette Kielhorn (Stitt); and his brother Charles Kielhorn. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Rains; his sons, Cecil Kielhorn (Darlene) of Topeka and Ed Patton (Cherry) of Sedgwick; his daughter-in-law Cricket Kielhorn of Burden; his grandchildren, Susan Belden, John Kielhorn, Kristen Kielhorn, William Matthew, Cameron, Evan Mathews, Mitch and Ryan Davis; and his great grandchildren, Josie, Julie Belden, Piper, Lee Kielhorn, Emily Chilson, Hadlee and Harper Davis.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in John's name for St. Jude Children's Hospital.
