He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond S. "Jack" and Juanita McNickle (Swiggart); and his brother Jerry McNickle. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Griffith; his children, David McNickle of Plano, TX and Angela Johnson of Sanger, TX; his siblings, Jim McNickle (Mona) of Arkansas City, Helen McNickle of Rola, MO and Lelia McNickle of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Chad Johnson (Danielle) of Amarillo, TX and Hannah Johnson of Sanger, TX; and his great grandchildren, Avery Kay and Hadleigh Rae Johnson of Amarillo.
