Bloomhall of Winfield; his sisters, Ruth E. Tredway (Walter) of Bolivar, MO, Carol A. Woods (Kenneth) of Bolivar, MO, Phyllis L. Rhyons (Greg) of Avondale, AZ and Melissa R. Cigelske of Phoenix, AZ; his father Aulden W. Miller; his granddaughter Hannah Leah Shepard; and his son-in-law Lance Shepard.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Allen's name for Relay for Life of Winfield.
