It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick William Fechter of Bushong, Kansas, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick W. Fechter and Ellen L. Winchell Fechter; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his children, Fredrick W. "Bud" Fechter IV of Bushong, Tammy Lofthouse (John) of Peoria, Cathy Cappello (Vincent) of Peoria and Janet Fechter of Peoria; his grandchildren, Mindy, Misty, Kristen, Tricia, Crystal, Joey and Josh; and his siblings, Steve True Fechter and Mary Janice Conett. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
