She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverna Mizner and Pat Burgess; and her brother Dwight Burgess. She is survived by: her husband Bernie Cook; her children, Nita Bange (Kenyon), Jeffrey Mizner (Kaitlin), Ryan Hastings (Heidi) and Garrett Hastings (Lauren Stemple); her brother Steve Burgess (Margaret); and her grandchildren, Gage Bange, Bailey Burdick (Bange), Brielle Bange, Kelton Bange, Jordyn Mizner, Aiden Hastings and Emberlynn Hastings.
