She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clark and Ida Clark (Roberts); her husband Leroy Riggs; and her siblings, Oswald, Willard Clark, Bill Clark, Ivan Clark, Maude Gaines and Joyce Barker.

She is survived by: her siblings, Gordon Clark of El Dorado, Margaret Matz of Peabody and Sherol Nightingale of Burns. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Norma's name may be directed to Marion Christian Church.
