He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hollin Brooks and Helen Brooks; his brother Hollin; his uncle Lock Martin; his family, Gary Brooks of Ada, Sean Brooks (Elizabeth) of San Francisco and Jeanine Brooks (Roger Schmidt) of Sitka, Alaska.; and his grandchildren, Elise Brooks, Maren Brooks, Anja Brooks-Schmidt and Mina Brooks-Schmidt.
