We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Richard E. Hewlett (Burlington, Kansas), born in East Ely, Nevada. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hewlett and Kathleen May Hewlett (Price). He is survived by: his children, Theresa Lee Bowden of Marshall, MI and Sean Francis Hewlett of Battle Creek, MI; his grandchildren, Kira Marie Bowden and Ethan Charles Bowden of Marshall, MI; his siblings, Kenneth (Betty Jo Hewlett) of Carson City, Nevada, Nancy L Angel of Carson City, Nevada and Mary Ellen Currier of Carson City, Nevada; and his stepchildren, James Gallagher of Battle Creek, MI, Michael Gallagher of Spring Hill, KS, Theresa Hicks of Spring Hill, KS and Patricia Gallagher of Burlington, KS. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
