She was predeceased by: her parents, John Owen Miller, Jr. and Betty Miller (Tilly); her brothers, John Miller and Terry Miller (Chris); and her parents-in-law, Ray Willis and Armenta Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Albert; her son Kenny Bell; her stepchildren, Keith Bell (MaryAnn) of Broken Arrow, OK, Shawn Rene'Norman of Milton Park, OK and Ray W. Bell (Lisa) of Woodbury, MN; her sister Gina Sparks of Sodus, NY; her uncles, Keith E. Bell of Hoyt, KS and Jimmy Miller of Marion, NY; her nephew Jesse Vanliew (Megan); and her brother-in-law Dale Bell (Linda) of Emporia, KS. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
