He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sharon "Doc" and Marian Ward Meats; his former wife Mildred Salava; his wife Judy A. Willitts; his brothers, Don Meats (Cathy) of LeRoy and Arlin Meats (Sandy) of LeRoy; and his great grandchildren, Collin, Landon, Alivia, Ethan, Ky'liah, Preston, Felicia, Taylor, Braedon, Caedon, Corbin, Anna, Emmalyn, Jaxson, Autumn, Quake and Kie. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Those with concern over COVID-19 are encouraged to attend the burial at the LeRoy Cemetery.
