He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Mark, Doris Hack, Lon Pearson, Calvin Pegram, Raymond and Coleen Rice.
He is survived by: his parents, Ethan Garrett and Sarah Jayne Rice (Pearson) of Burlington; his sister Josephine Grace Rice; his grandparents, Ron, Jayne Pearson of Burlington, KS, Jerry and Pam Rice of Waverly, KS; his great-grandparents, June Pearson of Paul's Valley, OK and Patty Pegram of Waverly, KS; and his aunts and uncles, Deana Pearson (Cory Barbour) of Independence, MO, Katelyn Haddock (Cody) of Waverly, KS, Henry Ott and Mark Ott. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
