It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor Carley (Burlington, Kansas), born in Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Whinery and Emma Lambeth Whinery; her former husband Donald Aeschliman; and her husband Richard Carley. She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Short, Sr.; her sons, David Short, Garnett, Kenny Short, Madison and Ashley Short; her sisters, Francine Burke of Burlington, Joyce Barnaby of Burlington and Virginia; and her grandchildren, Donnie, Jonathan, Tyler, Felecia, Zoe, Kendra, David and Jasmine.
