He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Cooper and Dorothy Cooper (Williamson); and his siblings, Bill Cooper and Leah Melroy. He is survived by: his wife Karen Starbuck; his children, Tina Holley (Larry), Toni Sipe (Tim) and Chad Cooper (Kerri); his grandchildren, Travis Sipe (Diamone), Tesca Michaelson (Seth), Tanner Sipe (Erika), Shelbi Thomas (Taylor), Zarek Holley, Caden Cooper and Carson Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Quillon Michaelson and Emmarie Sipe.
