He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Shepard; his children, Amy Gardner (Ken), Jared Shepard (Kelly) and Adam Shepard; his sisters, Mildred Smith, Alberta Tillis, Betty Price, Donna Staten and Peggy Smith; and his grandchildren, Dustin Shepard (Jorden), Evan Shepard, Trevere Shepard, Shelby Shepard (Noah), Tabitha Shepard and Trey Strawder.
