He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Creviston and Claudine Creviston (Masters); his wife Betty Colleen Zimmerman; and his sisters, Diana Prescott and Donna Rieck.
He is survived by: his children, James Creviston (Adriane), Edith Martin (Tracy), Traci Vanschaick (Todd), Thomas Heinrich and Terry Aspegren. He is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
