“PV was great guy. He could appear to have a crusty exterior to those that may not have known him or had wronged him. I was fortunate to enjoy his kind side. He loved all of his kids and eagerly shared stories about them. I relished his impromptu visits when he'd be driving by and see me out working in the yard.
