With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Paul Masters of Burlingame, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on September 29, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Thomas and Mary Frances Masters (Manning); his sisters, Patricia Blanchett and Mary Ann Thompson; his significant other Teresa Ozenbaugh-Johnson; and his nephew Richard Anthony Blanchett.

He is survived by: his stepfather Leslie Hood of Topeka; his siblings, Daniel Masters, Jr. (Nancy) of Topeka, Arthur Hood (Dixie) of Scranton, KS, Nancy McGoyne (William) of Topeka, Deborah Cannon (Larry) of Fountain, CO and Virginia Degan (Walter) of Topeka; and his pet Shadow. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
