She was predeceased by: her parents, Pheasant Moore and Ora Moore; her grandson Shannon Abshire; her son-in-law James Abshire; her brothers, Kenneth and John Briggs; and her daughter Patricia Abshire (Raymond).
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Briggs; and her grandchildren, Michelle and Cody Abshire.
