She is survived by: her mother Dottie Ivey of Osage City; her husband Craig Provost; her sister Desiree Ivey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and her stepchildren, Timothy Provost of Oklahoma City and Kathryn Provost of Oklahoma City.
