He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean and Jean; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Hope (Christina) of Kansas City, MO, Chancler (Julie) of Rossville, GA and Ernie of Burlingame, KS; his siblings, Nita (RJ) of Port St, William (Daresa) of Osage City, KS, David (Pat) of Burlingame, KS and Richard of Scranton, KS; and his grandchildren, Malichi, Josiah, Isabella and Lilly. He is also survived by many aunts; uncles; nephews and many friends.
