With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Shepherd of Burlingame, Kansas, born in Overbrook, Kansas, who passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard "Mid" Bond and Bernice Bond (Trendel); her brothers, David Bond and Alva Edward Bond; and her son-in-law Jim Pearson.
She is survived by: her husband Donald John Shepherd; her children, David Shepherd (Lynda) of Overland Park, KS, Michael Shepherd (Allison) of Norman, OK, Dawn Pearson of Osage City, KS and Melinda Wadman (Marc) of Leawood, KS; her brother Alan; her sibling-in-law Connie of Colorado Springs, CO; her sisters, Anita "Jeanie" Bloom of Overbrook, KS and Mary Boos (Conrad) of Overbrook, KS; and her grandchildren, Layne, Landon, Paige, Peyton, Broderick, Ava, Molly and Clayton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
