She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Henry Masters and Emma Frances Streeter Masters; her brothers, Daniel Thomas and George Franklin; her former husband Joe Allen Tomlinson II; her children, Emma JoAnn (Joe), Daniel Franklin (Barb), Louis Allen (Lisa), JoAnna Kay, Francis Lee and Marvel Lynn; and her husband Floyd O. Smith. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
