He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tranquilino Romo and Ruth Dringman Romo; his wife Monique Whetstone; his children, Jimmy King of Burdett, Mike Romo (Diana) of Arizona, Scott Romo of Arizona, Stephanie King and Dana Herman (Michael); and his siblings, Michael Romo (Phyllis) of Larned, Lee Basgall of Larned, Dale Basgall of Larned, Don Keesler (Terrie) of Larned, Brian Johnson, La Veta Darbro (Dana) of Fallon, Nevada, Leslei Lang (Ray) of Fallon, Nevada, Tomi Romo-Love of Fallon, Nevada, Frank Keesler and Roberta Lauer. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
