It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sonja Marie Foos of Burdett, Kansas, born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryce "Bud" Welsh and Virginia Lancaster Welsh; her spouse Terry Foos; and her grandson Deklan Foos. She is survived by: her children, Richard Foos (SonJA), George Foos (Stephanie), Jesse Foos, Crystal Smith (Josh) and Mherical Foos; her brother Lyle Welsh (Ann); and her grandchildren, Bo, Rickey, Andrew, Wyatt, Brinleigh, Bret, Parker, Tatum, Jordyn, Keira and Cooper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
