He is survived by: his former spouse Heide Renee Moote; his children, Linda Chlumsky (Mike) of Rush Center, Jessica Gerhardt (Tim) of Russell, Kansas and Trace Baker of Ness City, Kansas; and his siblings, Jack Ploutz (Stacie) of McCracken, Kansas, Jeff Ploutz (Terrie) of Russell, Kansas, Caroline Orcutt of Ramah, Raileene Ramsey (Roger) of Russell, Kansas and Pam Ramsey (Wilbern) of Russell, Kansas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
