It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chelsea Sylvia Hoffman of Burdett, Kansas, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Laura Sanders (McCormick); her stepfather Richard (Tom); and her grandparents, Tom McCormick and Sylvia McCormick. She is survived by: her father Steven Sanders (Patty); her husband Justin Hoffman; her children, Skylar Stein, Addison Hoffman, Ryleigh Hayden, Mason Mostrom and Kaydance Mostrom; her siblings, Emma and Logan Sanders; and her grandmother Edith Sanders. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made payable to any charity of choice in Chelsea's name and mailed or dropped off to the charity of choice or to Love Funeral Home 377 15th Street in Burlington, Colorado.
