It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lula Mae McMinn of Burden, Kansas, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Bourne and Jamima Bourne (Evans); her daughter-in-law Jeanine McMinn; her granddaughter-in-law Becky McMinn; and her siblings, Voyd Bourne, Wayne Bourne, Audrey Graham, Betty Ryan, Wanda Olmstead Santora, Alice Powell and Pat Gregory.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin McMinn; her children, Donald McMinn, Bradley McMinn (Sheila) and Marva McMinn Blair (Harvey); her brother-in-law Chester Powell; and her grandchildren, Mardi McMinn, Dori Lendvay (Mike), Tiffani Wooten (Ronny), Zachery Blair (Tara), Michelle Wunderlich (Jered), Shad McMinn, Travis McMinn (Lindsey) and Cassie Cobas (Pete). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Lula's name for the First Baptist Church of Burden. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
