He was predeceased by: his parents, Fines Samuel and Ethel Mae Cochran (Kingsbury); and his stepdaughters, Nichola Greer and Penny Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Pauls (Stout) of Burden; his stepdaughter Vickie Hull (Bert) of Lawrence; and his cousin Irvin Parsons (Shirley) of Burden.
A memorial has been established in Elmer's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
