It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Arthur Stow of Buhler, Kansas, born in Decorah, Iowa, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Stow and Mabel Stow (Bloomberg). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Semones; his sister Mary E. McAlearney (Phil); his nephew Steve McAlearney; and his niece Sheryl McAlearney.
