He was predeceased by: his parents, David P. Dick and Elizabeth Dick (Gerbrand); and his siblings, Ethel Kaufman and Harold Dick. He is survived by: his wife Mandy Dick of Buhler; and his sons, Keith Dick of Baldwin City, Gary Dick (Becky) of Baldwin City and Greg Dick (Beverly) of Lawrence. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
