She is survived by: her siblings, A. W. "Bill" Dirks (June) and Helen (Peter Dick); her children, Earl, Jerry, Shirley and Arlen; her grandson James; and her daughter-in-law Karen Ewy. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
