He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mackey and Edith Mackey (Allen); his son Shawn Mackey; and his siblings, Albert Mackey, Mary Showalter, Barbara Crackel, Carol Repfogel and Shirley Mackey.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Mackey; his children, Derek Mackey and Tracy Mackey; his brother Ken Mackey (Saffordville); and his grandson Evan Mackey.
