She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert A. Combs and Myrl A. Combs (Schweizer); her husband Garry Hostetler; her siblings, Merle, Marion, Virgil, Edward, J. D. Combs, Juanita Ransom and Onita Dickson; and her stepchildren, Tammy and Troy Hostetler.

She is survived by: her children, Cherie Chasteen of Blue Springs, Sonja Good (Rob) of Hesston, Kansas and Kevin Ediger of Chase, Kansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
