He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob H. Siemens and Elizabeth Siemens (Wiens); his son Jeffrey; and his sisters, Doris Kaufman and Deloris Ham.
He is survived by: his wife Iris (Schmidt); his sister Joann Esau (LeRoy); his children, J. Kent Siemens (Diane), Kay Ward (Dan) and Greta Siemens; his grandchildren, Lindsey Iles (Blake), Cassie Hawkins (Jarreau), Holden and Jordan Hostetler; and his great grandchildren, Camden, Braden Iles, Emery and Aven Hawkins. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, teachers and friends.
