She was predeceased by: her parents, Father Edward Offenbacker and Thelma Eagle Offenbacker; and her brother Lane Offenbacker. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Matlock; her children, Amy Semey and Daron Matlock; her grandchildren, Erika Small (Britton) and Mathew Matlock (Shelby); and her great grandchildren, Zach, Easton, McKenna, Chevelle and Dawson Patricia.
