He is survived by: his wife Kathy Koch; his son Justin (Melissa); his grandsons, Gavin and Reece; his brother Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Koch (Janet), Deb Clevenger (Kendall) and Sharon Wagoner (Clay). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
