He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Rabe and Agnes Rabe (Arensdorf). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fleming (Felkins); his daughters, Christy Zimmerman (Kurt) of Wichita, Carla Peltzer of Weir, Carol McFall of Peabody, Angela Esplund (Kirk) of Bucklin and Ashley Freeman of Denver, Colorado; his stepson Matthew Fleming (Brandy) of Peyton, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Madeline, Marie, Katelyn, Bailey, Caroline, Royal, Augie, Weston, Wrangler, Rachael, Emma, Zachary, Hunter, Kortnie and Kim; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Za'Riyah, Rimley, Rhettlynn, Skylar and Rylan; and his brothers, Terry Rabe (Belinda) of Dodge City, Gary Rabe of Dodge City, Randy Rabe of Dodge City, Kevin Rabe (Jan) of Spearville, Kenny Rabe of Dodge City, Tom Rabe of Spearville and Bob Rabe of Dodge City.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Ford County Fire and EMS, Bucklin Station #4 in care of the funeral home.
