He is survived by: his spouse Su Smiley; his children, Nick (Shannon) of Pratt and Megan Rich of Pensacola, Florida; his siblings, Roger Squires (Donna) of Temple, Texas and Jane Garnand (Carl) of Wellington, Kansas; and his granddaughters, Danielle Canaan and Erin Squires.
