He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Hancock (JoRuth) and Rhonda Lepisto (Morgan) of Brackettville, TX; his close friend Robert Austin; his siblings, Shannon Blackie, Devin Glenn (Darrin), Andrew Laughlin of Tyler, Texas, Matthew Hancock (Vanessa) of Tyler, Texas and Adam Hancock of Tyler, Texas; his great-grandparents, William "Pete" Elbert Morgan and Sarah Morgan; and his grandmother Helen Fox. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
