He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Blake and Olive Mary Cuer (Wilson); his wife Betty Jane Hamlin; his sister Jane Merrill; and his grandson Aaron Rehder.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Rehder (Dale), Kim Pelesky (Don) and Jeff Cuer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Bucklin American Legion in care of Minnis Mortuary, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
