She was predeceased by: her father Jerry E. Bolte; her husband Dallas B. Phelps; her son Allen Phelps; and her brothers, Ivan, Dale, Max and Johnny Bolte.
She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Phelps (Darla) of Brookville and Andy Phelps of Dorrance, KS; her granddaughter Kiva Jacobs (Matt) of Brookville; her great grandchildren, Kaislee and Caige Jacobs; and her daughter-in-law Anita Phelps of Brookville.
