He was predeceased by: his parents, Loring Nelson and Rosemary Nelson (Gronewaller). He is survived by: his wife Delisa E. Edgerton; his children, Tamra Davis (Michael) of Fort Jackson, SC and Dylan Nelson; his grandchildren, Connor, Jimmie, Junior, Wyatt and Gracynn; his brothers, Mitch Nelson (Kathy) of Salina and Lyell Nelson (Barb) of Topeka; his niece Jenni Davidson (Derek) of Wichita; and his nephew Aaron Nelson of Topeka.
