It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Weber in Brookville, Kansas, born in Grainfield, Kansas, who passed away on October 25, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Sil Weber; and her daughter Kathleen Weber. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Evel (Ron), Verla Hoffman (Frank), Keith Weber, Norma Knipp (Mike) and Duane Weber (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Kevin Evel, Eric Evel, Khara Raatz, Emily Jansen Van Rensburg and Joseph Knipp; and her sister-in-law Marie Meier. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ryan Mortuary (137 N 8th St, Salina, KS 67401). A rosary was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (1000 Burr Oak Ln, Salina, KS 67401). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (2078 E Iron Ave, Salina, KS 67401).
Memorial donations may be made to Saint Elizabeth Endowment Fund, the Adoration Chapel Fund, or Mass Intentions.
