He is survived by: his wife Anita Phelps; his mother Theora Phelps; his children, Tania Wilkinson (Thomas), Todd Fluke (Leslie), Trevin Fluke, Chris Stoppel and Adam Stoppel (Michelle); his brothers, Aaron Phelps (Darla) and Andy Phelps; and also Kiva. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
