She is survived by: her husband Gary Joe Couchman of Bronson; her sons, Duane Couchman of Bronson and Troy Couchman (Melanie) of Bronson; her grandchildren, Keith, Chloe, Colt, Bryson and Trace; her brother Steve Mincks of Des Moines; her aunts, Deloris Darrah of Seymour and Donna Mincks of Cedar Rapids; and her uncle Bill.
Memorials may be given to American Diabetes Association and United Methodist Church in Seymour.
