She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskell Howell and Mildred Horner Howell; her husband Charles Joseph Martin; and her siblings, Pauline Mitchell and Allen Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Charles, Jr. (Michelle) of Vista, CA, Samuel (Barbara) of Festus, MO, James (Lori) of Summerdale, AL, Nathanael (Dedra) of Newton, KS and Rachel O'Dell (Mark) of Independence, MO; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Benjamin, Lynelle, Michael, Steffenie, Logan, Liam, Caitlyn Martin, Tyler, Sarah and Justin O'Dell; and her siblings, Ella Britt of Iola, KS, Hazel Bahner of Topeka, KS and Wayne Howell of Topeka, KS.. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to World Missions Bearing Precious Seed and may be left in care of the Cheney Witt Chapel, PO Box 347, 201 S. Main St., Fort Scott, KS 66701.
